Orders can only be canceled before they are sent to production. We suggest setting a suitable hold time that allows you to assess the order before deciding whether to submit it for production or cancel it.

If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been produced, please contact our Support Team for assistance. However, please remember we cannot cancel the orders that have been produced.
