Each Shopify store comes with a general shipping profile by default. If you want to have the same shipping rates for all your products, then the general profile might be sufficient for your store's shipping setup. All your existing and new products are added to the general shipping profile. If a product or variant isn't in a custom profile, then it uses the general shipping rates in your general profile.
However, please notice that after the merchOne App is installed in Shopify, an App Shipping Profile is automatically created.
An app shipping profile in Shopify includes information about shipping rates, delivery times, and shipping zones. It allows you to manage shipping settings and orders from one central location.
The app shipping profile can be viewed and edited in the Shopify dashboard under the Shipping and Delivery settings section.
Shipping rates in merchOne Shipping Profile are, by default, set up as free, and you can choose the most convenient shipping price policy for your business needs.
Shipping zones show the countries where merchOne will deliver the products across the EU or North America.
